With over 220 products open to build out by third parties, specifically developers and partners, it comes as no surprise that Cisco created a robust partner and developer program. However, in order to effectively scale, Cisco needed to separate the community into two parts: a developer program (Cisco DevNet) and a partner program (Cisco Solution Partner Program - SPP).
