The judges - comprising representatives from HTC, Qualcomm, Vodafone, SK Telecom, Sprint and Kerton Group - reviewed over 100 entries for this year's innovation showcase and ended up choosing developerprogram.com as one of the hottest start ups in the mobile and wireless industry.
