Bhavesh T. Patel is the President and Chief Executive Officer of developerprogram.com, with overall responsibility for the strategy and operations of the company. With the assistance of the company's Board of Directors and management team, he sets the strategic direction of developerprogram.com and manages the team responsible for tactical execution. Bhavesh has over 15 years of experience in general management, finance, mergers and acquisitions, operations and engineering spanning multiple technology-based industries. Prior to joining developerprogram.com, Bhavesh managed Perigee Capital Partners, a private equity firm formed by a group of seasoned entrepreneurs, operators and institutional investors to acquire and operate high-growth businesses such as developerprogram.com.
Prior to founding Perigee Capital Partners, Bhavesh was President and CEO of PowerMax Global, a privately-owned, clean technology company providing advanced power line communications products for energy management applications. Before that, Bhavesh served as Senior Vice President, Chief Business Officer and Chief Financial Officer at CTIS, a health informatics/IT company where he was in charge of all business aspects of the company, including corporate development, business development, marketing, finance, accounting, human resources, legal and contracts. Prior to joining CTIS, Bhavesh worked as Vice President of Products and Services at Printronix, a global supply chain and back-office printing solutions provider, where he had product management responsibilities for its flagship product lines and services. Bhavesh started his career at Orbital Sciences Corporation, a $1B+ publicly-traded aerospace/defense provider of small space systems, where he had a broad range of assignments in general management, business unit management, finance, strategy, mergers/acquisitions, operations and engineering.
Bhavesh received a Bachelor's degree in aerospace systems engineering from University of Southampton (UK), a Masters degree in aeronautical/astronautical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School.
Bhavesh is married and loves to spend time with his lovely wife and two young sons. In his spare time, he is an avid marathon runner, cyclist, and mountain climber. He is a technology enthusiast, plays Indian drums, and loves to volunteer and raise money for children's charities.
Laurie Allen is Senior Vice President of Account Management at developerprogram.com, where she is responsible for delivering the company�s products and services to its customers. Laurie has 20 years of experience in technology with a broad background including account management, product strategy and delivery, system implementation, business process improvement and alliance management.
Before joining developerprogram.com, Laurie led a global product team at Accenture, delivering products and services to the airline industry. Prior to that, Laurie was a global alliance manager at Dell. Her experience also includes Deloitte, Arthur Andersen and American Airlines.
Laurie has a BFA from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Texas Christian University.
In her spare time, Laurie enjoys spending time with her husband, training for and competing in triathlons, and cooking.
Steve Glagow, CMO at developerprogram.com, is responsible for setting and executing the company's sales and marketing strategy. With over 25 years of experience working at a number of well-known technology companies, Steve is a well-recognized expert in developer and partner programs.
Prior to joining the management team at developerprogram.com, Steve worked at Orange PLC led their partner program with over 55,000 partners globally. As Director of Hewlett Packard's (HP) software developer and partner program, he grew that program to over 30,000 developers. Steve also has significant marketing experience at companies such as Informix, Silicon Graphics, Sequent, Digital Equipment Corporation and Coopers/Lybrand. He is an active member of EEMA and participates in a number of wireless, mobile trade associations.
Steve has a Bachelor's degree in computer science and business from the University of Houston.
In his spare time, Steve enjoys reading, theatre, and sports. He is a contributing editor for SD magazine and Board member of EEMA.
Paul Nerger is Senior Vice President of Strategic Account & Product Management at developerprogram.com. His primary responsibility is to provide the programmatic and account management for one of developerprogram.com's key customers. In addition, as a key member of developerprogram's executive team, Paul mentors the company's other program/account managers as well as working with the executive team to set and execute the company's business and technology strategy. Paul has over 25 years of experience working in a variety of software, mobile and other technology companies.
Before he joined developerprogram.com, Paul was active in the creation and operation of technology startups. He served as CTO of Happtique, a healthcare startup. Prior to that Paul served as Senior Vice President at AppCentral. His experience also includes other technology companies such as dotMobi, Argo Interactive, Informix, Silicon Graphics, Sequent and Digital Equipment Corporation where he had various general management, sales, marketing, and engineering positions. Earlier in his career, he served in the U.S Air Force as a Captain and as an air defense advisor for NATO.
Paul has a Bachelor's degree in computer sciences from Washington State University. He participated in the executive leadership program at Oxford University, and has lectured at academic institutions such as MIT Sloan School of Management, and University of California, Berkeley.
When Paul is not serving his customers, he makes time to explore new technologies, teaching, and reading up on a wide spectrum of topics.
As VP, Sales at developerprogram.com, Dale is responsible for driving global sales for the company and providing leadership to the sales team. With over 20 years of experience in software sales management, Dale has deep expertise at building strategic customer relationships, and his passion for customer success is the foundation of the culture for the sales organization. Prior to his current role, Dale was VP of Sales, Western U.S. at Ensighten. Throughout his career, Dale also previously worked in sales and sales management roles for companies such as Adobe, Akamai, Aggregate Knowledge, and Keynote.
Dale holds an MBA in International Management and a BA in International Relations from Middlebury College’s Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
Dale is an active member of the SF Bay Area Innovation Group and the American Marketing Association. When Dale is not selling, he is usually hiking with his wife and two kids or racing sailboats on San Francisco Bay.
Clarissa O'Connell is the Director of Human Resources and Administration at developerprogram.com, where she is responsible for all aspects of human resources and administration. She is a talented Human Resource and Development professional with significant experience in recruiting, training, benefits, organizational and process development. In her career, Clarissa has had an opportunity to deal with all aspects of HR, including leading new hire orientations, safety trainings and career succession planning seminars. As the Talent Acquisition and Development Director for a multi-State social services organization and its entities, she was instrumental in recruiting, hiring, creation and training of policies and procedures, acquisition, employee development, payroll and employee relations. Prior to that, Clarissa was a Vice President of Employee Development with a large technology organization in Seattle.
Clarissa graduated from University of the Pacific with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and a concentration in Human Resources Management. A college athlete, she went on to play semi-professionally for a number of years.
